Welcome to the Wet Mountain Valley Musicians & Entertainers Registry

The Wet Mountain Valley of Colorado is blessed with a variety of performing arts talent – musicians, poets, vocalists, DJs, story tellers, actors, impressionists, re-enactors and other entertainers.  This Registry is designed to provide a location where performers can register their skills and list contact, performance fees and other relevant information.  The site will also assist those attempting to find entertainers to hire for specific events or occasions.  This will include a general listing of entertainers, as well as search functions for identifying performers by music genre, talent, group size (band, duet, soloist, etc.) and other characteristics.

Other features of the Registry include a Calendar of Events in the Valley, which are open to the public; a Classifieds section where registrants can list, for sale, items used in their field of talent (e.g. musical instruments, costumes, props and equipment); Links to other organizations in the Valley; and a listing of performers who can provide instruction to others in their skillset and/or who are willing to demonstrate and explain their talent.

The Registry is designed to be a 'not-for-profit' site; accordingly, no fees are charged for performers to register, or for use of the site to find performers.  Donations are accepted and fees may be charged for advertising and as a commission on items sold through the Classifieds section, but they will be used to defray the costs of operating the website and to expand its features.
